		<description>I had followed your instructions to the letter... Your method does not work. You didn't mention anything about which OS it will work on either. The IP address may have changed that you had given out. I think it would be best for you to go back to the drawing board and hopefully finds the correct answer if you truly wish to help others. It is much easier to go to START/SEARCH and look for the folder name ETC than your roundabout method. Besides you neglected to mention the ETC folder in your instructions. This is sloopy work sir.</description>
